In mid 70's, 3 young men, friends who specialized in selling new construction homes for builders in South King County, decided to start their own company. Bob, Kolin and Sol had a modest goal: provide the best service possible to their builder’s, agents and buyers, and have a little fun doing it.

Over 30 years later, Bob, Kolin and Sol are still together, and it appears their formula works. John L. Scott Real Estate, KMS, an independently owned office, has become the area’s Top Producing brokerage, with 2 branches and over 250 agents.

We're leaders in the field of new construction sales, representing 16 builders in nearly 30 new home communities and many of our agents specialize in working with builder's and their buyers.
