Sol Avzaradel,
Principal
As Managing Partner of John L. Scott Real Estate, KMS, Sol's primary
responsibility is overseeing the day to day operations of the company's
2 real estate, branch offices and 28 new home communities.
Sol works closely
with Managing Brokers, Jim Willner and Albie Moshcatel managing one of
the firm's most valuable assets, the ever expanding agent
and employee base.
Sol, Jim and Albie work as a team, scheduling, conducting
and coordinating agent training and motivation, goal setting and performance
tracking,
as well as overseeing the firm's compliance requirements of the Washington
State Department of Real Estate Licensing.
With a career spanning over
30 years in real estate sales and management, Sol brings a vision for
providing unsurpassed customer service to the
firm's clients and agents.

Bob Ruddell,
Principal
Bob, along with Kolin Taylor, guides the Land and Development divisions
of The Kamas Group.
Acquisition, development and product segmentation are Bob’s forte’.
His expertise and insight in these critical areas is of vital importance
to The Kamas Group’s clients.
The key to Bob’s success is simple, his passion is taking care
of his builders and agents.
Bob distills his 30 plus years of success in real estate quite simply, “Find

bring to market and give them great on-site support.”
Kolin Taylor,
Principal
Kolin, along with Bob Ruddell, guides the Land and Development divisions
of The Kamas Group.
As an on-site sales professional, selling single family homes as well
as condominiums early in his career, Kolin learned that small differences
can often times have a large impact.
His keen eye for architectural elements and finishes, honed during his
30 years in the real estate industry, is one of the most valuable assets
of The Kamas Group.
